Product description
ODN-2216 is a Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9)-targeting immunostimulatory oligonucleotide active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and a next-generation Class A CpG
oligodeoxynucleotide (CpG ODN) designed for potent type I interferon induction. Unlike Class B CpG ODNs such as ODN-2007, which primarily stimulate
pro-inflammatory cytokine production, ODN-2216 is specifically engineered to induce robust secretion of type I interferons (IFN-α and IFN-β) through
preferential activation of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs). This highly selective mechanism provides superior antiviral and antitumor immune enhancement
with minimal nonspecific immune stimulation, excellent biocompatibility, and highly stable biological activity.
Manufactured using a proprietary precision chemical synthesis and backbone modification process, the product achieves a purity of ≥98%, with trace impurities
strictly controlled in accordance with the highest industry quality standards. It demonstrates outstanding batch-to-batch consistency, excellent aqueous
solubility, stable physicochemical properties, and highly uniform long-lasting biological activity, offering significantly higher quality than conventional
unmodified CpG oligonucleotide materials.
Produced on standardized GMP-compliant manufacturing lines, the product can be supplied with a complete Certificate of Analysis (COA), comprehensive impurity
profiles, and regulatory documentation to support research, process development, and large-scale manufacturing of advanced immunology research reagents,
antiviral immunotherapeutics, tumor immunotherapy adjuvants, and immunomodulatory biologics.
ODN-2216 efficiently and selectively activates the TLR9 signaling pathway, induces robust type I interferon production, enhances innate antiviral and antitumor
immunity, reshapes the immune microenvironment, and strengthens overall immune responsiveness. It combines potent interferon induction, antiviral immune
protection, tumor immunotherapy enhancement, and advanced adjuvant functionality, making it a high-quality intermediate for interferon pathway research,
next-generation antiviral therapeutics, and cancer immunotherapy adjuvant development.
This product is intended solely for research use and as a biopharmaceutical intermediate and is not intended for direct human use.
